I have really enjoyed living here. Nice and quite. I would recommend Lakeland Apts for your new home It is also convenient for my grandchildren living with me. Close to the middle school and the high school bus stop is right out front.

|Recommended: YesA Truly Transformed Community Under New Management — I’ve been living at Lakeland Apartments since 2018, and it has truly been the best decision I’ve made. The property is cozy, calm, and has a wonderful community feel. However, when I first moved in under the previous management Merge Management , things were not as great. They didn’t seem to care about the tenants at all—work orders were rarely completed on time, the grounds were always dirty, and the pool was either filthy or broken.
That all changed when the new management company took over, with Maria as the manager. Maria and her team have been nothing but professional, and they genuinely care about both the property and the residents. Work orders are now done promptly, the grounds are clean, and the pool is always sparkling. They even added a charming little sitting area at the back of the property, which has made the place feel even more welcoming.
Before Maria and her team came along, I was seriously considering not renewing my lease. But thanks to their dedication and hard work, I’ll definitely continue to renew and recommend Lakeland Apartments to everyone. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live, this is it
