What lease terms are available?
Lease terms generally range from 6 to 15 months. Available terms and pricing vary by apartment and move-in date.
How are utilities and recurring service charges billed?
Water and sewer are billed through the property using RUBS. Trash, pest control, internet/TV, and washer/dryer charges are billed through the property at flat rates.
What are the application fee and security deposit?
The application fee is $26 per applicant. The security deposit is $250 for approved applicants and $500 for conditionally approved applicants.
What features are included in Lakeland apartments?
Every apartment includes an in-home washer and dryer, fireplace, microwave, and a private patio or balcony. Partially renovated and renovated homes may also feature quartz countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Finishes vary by apartment.
What are the occupancy limits?
Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom plus one additional occupant: three occupants for one-bedroom homes, five for two-bedroom homes, and seven for three-bedroom homes.
Does Lakeland Apartments participate in voucher programs?
No. Lakeland Apartments does not participate in voucher programs.
